Early this month High Commissioner Philip Green addressed an Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists graduation ceremony in Singapore.

In the speech, titled 'The implications for the Australian health sector of a growing and ageing Asia - an emerging picture', Mr Green focused on a couple of key dynamics in the changing Asian scene, and offered some personal observations on how these challenges might be relevant to the health sector in Australia, and the graduates in the audience.
