Collecting your new passport?
Make an appointment so we know you are coming.
Collection times are Monday to Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm (excluding public holidays).
If you are collecting your new passport at our office, you must return the old passport at collection before we can give you the new passport.
Having your new passport delivered?
Passports will be delivered by Singapore Registered Mail to a local address, free of charge.
If the new passport is being delivered to you, your current passport will be automatically cancelled 30 days after the new one being issued. You are responsible to cancel your old passport physically when you receive the new one in the mail. Please ensure you do not use the old passport once you receive the new one.
